Staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is good. Rooms are updated and modern. Gym has weights and kettlebells. Breakfast is excellent. Highly recommend this location.

Very clean! Nice gym, pool and the breakfast is better than expected. The room design is comfortable and spacious as well.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this hotel. Was in Atlanta for a school with delta. Friendly people and the breakfast was great. Gym was pretty big for a hotel! Thanks for the great stay!

If I could rate this place higher I would. I came back from a 14 hr flight and then another 2 hr flight to realize I left my inner lights on in my car. My battery was completely dead. After multiple jumps etc. we decided I should stay here for the night and figure it out the next day. I was multiple hours from home with no friends or family anywhere close. Mary treated me with kindness and understanding, which is exactly what I needed in that moment. Ms. Betty helped me get access to a new car battery. Kevin helped me to replace it. These weren’t necessarily things that are normally part of their job, but I was a guest with them, and they treated me even better. I am so extremely grateful. Not only is this place clean and nice and comfortable to stay in as a hotel, but the staff is just so kind. Even the ones I didn’t get the names of were so friendly and good. 10/10!

I stayed here with my family in February and enjoyed my stay. Room/surroundings very clean and loved safe/private entrance to hotel. Best of all was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff... especially Keavon (Manager). Our travel started out rough on the 1st day due to flight delay and other situation with another Marriott location. But Keavon turned the negative into smiles. I've stayed at several Marriott's but Keavon and staff's friendly and welcoming nature was top notch.

My family of 4 stayed here when we arrived into ATL airport and let me say we will stay here again. We previously tried the neighboring Hilton and it was a huge let down so we were on the search for something better next go. To note: 1. The wonderful lady who manages the morning breakfast is phenomenal. She is kind and was constantly cleaning. maintaining and refilling the breakfast spread. Phenomenal! The seating area was also great with lots of natural light and seating options. 2. The rooms were very cozy and did just the trick for our one night stay that I’d consider even longer if we needed it. They were updated and no dark carpets (like the Hilton). The sheets/pillows were cleaned as well (lots of stains at the Hilton) and the elevators were well maintained (Hilton was pretty dingy). 3. The shuttle pickup from the airport was super convenient and the driver was also very kind. It was just a short ride too.

I had an impromptu stay at TownePlace Suites Atlanta Airport North, and it honestly couldn’t have gone smoother. Cindy Ann made check-in quick and easy, and the room was just what I needed—clean, spacious, and well laid out. The full kitchen setup (fridge, cooktop, microwave) is perfect for extended stays or families traveling through. Breakfast is included for all guests, and even though I had to leave early, Mary made sure there was fresh coffee, pastries, yogurt, and cereal ready before I hit the road. That extra effort really stood out. The complimentary airport shuttle was a huge plus, too. The drivers were on time, friendly, and made the whole travel process less stressful. Overall, a solid experience. I’ll definitely keep this location in mind for future trips through Atlanta.

Great hotel, clean and friendly. Excellent guest services. Not to wild about the location. Seems out the way.
